To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $500 or at least 15 items per category.

How long does shipping take for bulk orders?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international freight can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Can I request samples before placing a large volume order?

Yes, we offer sample packs for most of our seasonal collections. Please contact our support team to arrange a sample invoice at a specialized rate.

What is your return policy for wholesale items?

We accept returns on defective or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Due to our wholesale pricing structure, we do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change-of-mind.

Are your garments ethically manufactured?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (ACH/Swift). For long-term partners, we also offer Net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.
